I’ve spent more than ten years in Learning & Development, focusing on the operational side of training—systems, processes, coordination, and all the moving pieces that keep learning programs running smoothly.
 

Before moving into L&D, I worked in marketing and program management, which gave me a strong foundation in project coordination, communication, and cross-functional teamwork. Those skills have translated naturally into the work  do today.
